Summary
The SBIR-STTR Senior Advisor will serve as a SME for the J68 Research and Development Directorate providing strategic guidance and program management expertise for the Small Business Innovation (SBIR)Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) initiatives.
Duties:
- Work with most senior members of the organization to ensure that overall project direction strategy and expectations are being met.
- Lead team in providing specialized advice on specific problems regarding intellectual property: foreign interference in research projects: fraud waste and abuse; and other SBIR-STTR Policy and Law that require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
- Lead the design and preparation of technical reports studies and related documentation.
- Prepare and delivers presentations training and briefings as required by SPM.
- Lead the effort to create comprehensive methods for describing current or future structure; interrelationships; communication structure; and behavior of an organizations processes; information systems; personnel; and organizational sub-units so that they align with the organizations core goals and strategic direction.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10 years SBIR/STTR Policy Intellectual Property Law Foreign Risk Management and Fraud Waste and Abuse preferred.
Minimum Education/Certification(s):
- Masters Degree
Required Clearance:
- Active DoD Secret or higher
