Job Duties:
*This position is subject to close 10-business days (excluding holidays) from the opening date.
The VBPD is seeking an experienced Director of Administration to lead the agencys administrative fiscal human resources logistical and operational functions. This position serves as the agencys senior administrative official providing high level support to the Executive Director Board members and program staff.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Completes duties and/or projects as needed or directed by supervisor.

Knowledge/Experience:
Skills/Abilities;
Demonstrated personal computer skills and mathematical abilities.
Demonstrated ability to supervise effectively excellent leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan and direct administrative functions.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement policies and to work effectively with federal and state officials.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to make sound recommendations and decisions.
