Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
The role of a business analyst is to analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to help an organization achieve its goals. They gather and analyze data create detailed functional and non-functional business requirements and work with stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the needs of the business. Business analysts also play a crucial role in facilitating communication between different departments and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will play the role of a consultant working with all the BUs live on the program. Main missions will be the following:
Business Analysis:
Analyze business processes by taking an end-to-end view and data identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. Solutions can be organisational procedural or technical.
Implement new business processes and support during hypercare phases. Facilitate communication between different departments especially between business/ product departments and IT and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Contribute to the success of business analysis by optimising the way of working.
Requirement Engineering
Derive from business analysis detailed business requirements for software development (functional and non-functional) and work with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood.
Follow the implementation of requirements in software-solutions test deliveries and support deployment by training and support hypercare.
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that the end product aligns with the business objectives and user needs.
Manage changes to requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Deliverables of a Requirements Engineer may include:
Key Responsibilities:
Accompanying the introduction of the solution into its target environment.
Ensuring that stakeholders are involved in a well-planned organizational change process to avoid rejection due to existential fear or fear of change.
