Service Account Manager - Service Contracts - Leading Security Systems Integrator

Location: West London
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Our client a leading security systems integrator is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing service contracts for high-profile enterprise clients.

Position Overview

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients acting as their main point of contact. You will oversee the delivery of services across a range of contracts ensuring the highest standards are consistently met. Working closely with the engineering team and other departments you will ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients serving as their primary contact

  • Oversee the delivery of services across a portfolio of contracts ensuring SLAs are met

  • Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and additional revenue streams

  • Regularly visit client sites to review service delivery and gather feedback

  • Prepare and present service reports and attend client meetings as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account or contract management ideally within the security systems industry

  • Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Confident in representing the business at all levels

  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
