About you
The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing effective support to the Senior Finance Manager to deliver financial services including the preparation of journal entries month end adjustments accruals budgeting controlling reporting compliance as well as supporting and supervising Accounts payables/receivables and supplier management. They will also contribute to process and systems improvement preparation of Taxes preparation of the Annual Accounts Corporate Income Tax Financial Audits Reporting Budgeting Forecasting and Payroll being in constant communication with the central teams in Melbourne. The incumbent will also participate in the management of the financials of our EU funded projects portfolio Audits and Reporting to the European Commission.

To be successful in this position you will have:
Over 3 years of experience in finance and accounting positions.
Advanced accounting technical knowledge experienced in IFRS.
Advanced analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eligible to work in Spain.
