Job Description
Location: Farmers Branch
Pay Rate: $18$21per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
About the Role
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our this role youll be the key connection between our sales representatives and our valued customershelping manage accounts process orders troubleshoot issues and provide outstanding service every step of the way. Your ability to communicate effectively stay organized and think proactively will help our customers succeed and our sales team thrive.
What Youll Do
- Partner with sales reps to provide daily updates and account support
- Manage customer accountsupdate changes pricing and monitor margins
- Process and track online orders returns and samples
- Troubleshoot transactions order history and online ordering issues
- Maintain and set up online accounts and rebate contracts
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to build lasting relationships
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Assist with product research training and inside sales tasks
- Solve problems quickly and make confident decisions
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
