Job Title: Starbucks Store Manager
Location: Starbucks DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown South Bend IN
Salary: $40000$45000 per year (Full-Time Salaried)
About the Role:
The DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown South Bend is seeking a passionate motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Store Manager to lead operations at our on-site licensed Starbucks location. This is a unique opportunity to combine the energy of a leading global coffee brand with the exceptional service culture of Hilton Hotels.
As the Starbucks Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations leading a dynamic team driving sales and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Youll serve both hotel guests and the local community in a high-traffic fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all store operations including scheduling inventory ordering and cash handling
Recruit train and develop a high-performing team of baristas and shift leads
Maintain high standards for cleanliness product quality and customer service
Ensure all Starbucks and DoubleTree brand standards and policies are met
Monitor store performance manage budgets and meet/exceed sales targets
Create a positive inclusive and motivating work environment
Foster strong relationships with hotel leadership and contribute to overall guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health safety and food handling regulations
Qualifications:
2 years of management experience in food & beverage hospitality or retail
Prior Starbucks or caf experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage inventory labor costs and P&L reports
Availability to work flexible hours including mornings weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
