This Position reports to:
Team Lead - Faridabad ClusterIn this role you will have the opportunity to Lead and manage a team of front-end sales professionals specializing in LV & MV Drive. Drive the sales of System Drives products including Low Voltage Drive cabinets Medium Voltage drives High Power LV Drive Modules DC Drives power supplies for hydrogen and Packaging Solutions for Large power Medium Voltage Drive trains. Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the companys objectives. Operate within a designated market covering regions in India such as :- NCR UP Rajasthan Punjab Uttarakhand and Haryana. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers addressing their specific needs and resolving any issues. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
This role is contributing to the Motion Business for System Drive Division in Faridabad India
You will be mainly accountable for:
Bachelors degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
