Job Description
Systels business is growing especially with product which needs conformal coating. We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our production team with primary responsibility for conformally coating electronics both by hand and with our Specialty Coating Systems automated machine. This individual will need to be/become a subject matter expert in programming the machine reworking boards with conformal coating quality issues and establishing best practices for conformal coating addition this individual will need to be a strong team player focused on helping the overall organization be successful and flexing over to assist with assembly work when needed.
Who You Are
- Perform the activities necessary to verify the quality of products and services provided by Systel Inc.
- Perform visual inspection of parts (printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) cables and metal) for conformance to engineering drawing IPC standards and good practices
- Document results of inspections
- Assist with Non-conformance Report (NCR) process as required
- Assist with Material Review Board (MRB) meeting as required
- Perform other duties assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One years experience as QC/QA Inspector of electro-mechanical assemblies
- Basic knowledge of Personal Computers
