Superintendent Townhomes

Work for a leading real estate developer with over 45 years of experience building thoughtfully designed urban communities including townhomes apartments and residential high-rises. Throughout the development process this organization focuses on quality integrity and neighborhood integration. They are looking for a Superintendent to oversee multiple townhome projects in the Greater Seattle Area.
Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily townhome construction activities across project sites.
- Lead mentor and coordinate staff and trade partners to achieve project goals.
- Manage subcontractors ensuring work meets schedule budget and quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with approved plans codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site in line with OSHA and company policies.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with local officials and utility providers.
- Conduct regular quality checks address deficiencies and prepare punch lists.
- Ensure successful project close-out documentation and homeowner satisfaction.
Superintendent Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of residential construction experience with a preference for a focus on townhome projects spec building or production homebuilding or related experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes codes OSHA requirements and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to schedule budget and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and experience preparing reports budgets and schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Project and Bluebeam Revu.
- Team-oriented adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites daily.

Compensation: $105K - $125K 20% bonus and car allowance
