Pay: 38-42/h (DOE) or let us know what you desire
Weekly overtime!
$130 a day per diem for travel.

80% travel around South and North Carolina
Schedule: M-F (7 am to 4:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities for Industrial Electrical Superintendent:
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on industrial job sites to ensure work is completed safely efficiently and in compliance with plans specifications and codes
Direct and oversee field crews including journeymen and apprentices. Provide leadership mentoring and accountability for productivity and performance
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term schedules. Coordinate manpower and resources to align with overall project timelines and milestones
Inspect work daily to ensure quality craftsmanship and compliance with company standards NEC and applicable safety codes
Act as the primary liaison between project management engineers and other trade superintendents. Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Project Manager
Maintain accurate field documentation including daily reports time sheets change orders as-built drawings and bills of material for project ordering
Monitor field productivity identify inefficiencies and collaborate with project leadership to control costs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Industrial Electrical Superintendent:
- At least 3 years of superintendent experience with mostly industrial background.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems codes and industry standards (NEC NFPA etc.).
- Proficiency in software such as Procore and Bluebeam is highly desired
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings blueprints and project specifications.
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Valid electrical license or journeyman/master certification a plus.
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 30 NFPA70E
