About Us:
Were a trusted and established Chevrolet dealership known for quality service and strong community ties. Our Parts Department plays a vital role in supporting our technicians customers and overall dealership operations. Were looking for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing team.
What Youll Do:
Assist customers technicians and service advisors with parts inquiries in-person over the phone and via email
Accurately identify and locate Ford OEM parts using catalog systems and inventory tools
Process parts orders returns and warranty claims
Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department
Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
Coordinate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts delivery
Provide exceptional customer service and support a smooth efficient workflow
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department (Ford experience is a plus!)
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience with parts catalog systems Tekion (DMS) and Microsoft Office
Valid drivers license
