Job Description
Locum to Permanent Position: Hematology Oncologist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient hematology and oncology care.
- Participate in a Tumor Board for multi-disciplinary patient management.
- Order tests and imaging as necessary for patient evaluation.
- Prescribe appropriate treatments and therapies.
- Participate in shared call rotations providing after-hours care as part of a call pool.
- Care for adult and geriatric patient populations focusing primarily on hematology.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Hematology Oncology - REQUIRED
- Strongly prefer an active Michigan license but candidates in the process of obtaining one may be considered.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology Oncology
- Active Michigan Medical License (strongly preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
