Were looking for a General Manager for The Bull in Bracknell. This pub is well known for premium seasonal food and its a huge part of the offer here. Were looking for someone who has exemplary standard and is passionate about delivering a fantastic experience. As such the ideal candidate is a people-focused guest-centric pub General Manager with fresh-food experience who is more than happy being the face of the business.
Running a Pub for Youngs:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do what theteam uniform is and look after all your own recruitment and you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experiencethen we want to hear from you.
