The Role
As a Business Development Manager youll be at the forefront of growth. Youll identify new opportunities build relationships with decision-makers and showcase how tailored technology solutions can transform their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone email and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Book and coordinate meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Keep accurate up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Build a deep understanding of the companys services to deliver value-led conversations
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless client journey from first contact to close

  • Proven B2B sales or lead generation experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated resilient and results-driven
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
