Hours: 35 hours per week Monday Friday
Salary: 35994 - 44992 per annum plus a Car Allowance of 2329 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Location:Dartford Mariner House / Agile
Youll be providing administrative and coordination support for capital works the Contract Liaison Officer you will ensure that contractor documentation performance data and compliance records are up to date and assist in the smooth running of contract services.
Were looking for someone with proven experience in contract management dealing with enquiries/issues relating to contract management. Your contract management experience will support our planned works programmes major works and regeneration projects. You will deputise for the Investment Contract Manager when required including attending contract meetings and therefore a Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is essential for this role.
We support agile working so youll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Mariner House Dartford office.
