Youll play a key role in driving sales performance while guiding customers through financing options with clarity and confidence. If youre passionate about the automotive industry developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience wed love to meet you.
Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of automotive sales professionals.
Set and monitor sales goals motivate the team and ensure consistent performance across the department.
Assist customers with vehicle selection and build long-term relationships through trust and exceptional service.
Oversee all aspects of the F&I (Finance & Insurance) process including presenting financing options and aftermarket products.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations for finance operations.
Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms.
Help structure deals that maximize profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Deliver high-quality presentations of vehicles and finance products with professionalism and product knowledge.
