You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role is responsible for promoting Mayo Clinics core values and supporting community-based health care and integrated delivery systems through the sale of Mayo Clinic Laboratories (MCL) hematology and oncology tests across Canada. The position focuses on generating new business revenue developing strategic account plans and implementing targeted selling initiatives in collaboration with MCL clients.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Director of International Sales for the Americas Corridor and works closely with the Regional Team for Canada including the Regional Manager Clinical Specialty Representatives for other disciplines and the Regional Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
This is a Telework/Telecommute position based out of the employees home in the USA.Incumbent located in the United States near a major international airport and willing to travel as business needs to be deemed necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree and a minimum of three years sales experience preferably within the hematology and oncology market segment.
Masters in business medical technology or sciences preferred.
Proven track record in healthcare diagnostics or laboratory sales.
Experience in physician/client-facing roles or negotiating contracts in a hospital or laboratory setting.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships at multiple organizational levels.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong preference for candidates with a technical biosciences background (e.g. biology chemistry immunology or genetics).
Additional consideration for advanced academic degrees specialized training relevant to the role or successful international sales experience.
Fluency in French is a plus but not required.
Must be based in the United States working from a home office located near a major airport.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% (domestic and international).

License or certification
A valid drivers license and a good driving record are required along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation.
