As Applications Team Lead you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers who are responsible for maximizing the business value realization for the applications by implementing the given priorities in the best way.
How youll make an impact
Responsible for strategy and operations of the applications for the business unit the HR management of the team and the budgets associated
Lead of service and project teams
Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized staffed skilled and directed. Ensure strategic organization development
Guides motivates and develops direct subordinates within HR policies for the benefit of both company and the employee
Implementingagile development setups
Establish a stable end to end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4
Guiding and supporting IT implementation projects
Create a governance setup and run service/project reviews for service receiving organization according to IT global standards
Manage contract with external vendors perform activities required by internal controls (of particular importance in case the application are ICoFR relevant).
Your background
7-10 years of relevant working experience preferably in global compnies
3 years in managing third party providers on global scale
Understanding of software development lifecycles
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Fluency in English both written and oral
