For nearly three decades Goodwill has proudly run a highly successful CNA Training Program. Now were on the lookout for an empathetic motivated individual to join our team as a Career Coach.

Someone with a bachelors degree in a related field

Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment.

A passion for empowering others to achieve their goals.

Someone with proficient computer skills

Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals including those from various cultural backgrounds and ability level. This skill extends to both one-on-one interactions and group settings.

We value candidates who take initiative stay motivated and consistently deliver quality services to both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication skills are vital for conveying information effectively.

Competitive hourly wage: $22.00.

Additional Details:

• Occasional evening work (for graduation ceremonies or student check-ins) but primarily regular business hours.

Bachelors degree in Human Services Education or related field required. Prefer one-year experience in a human service setting providing direct and/or supportive services to individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment preferred. Some positions may require specialized experience education licensure etc. Must be able to provide own transportation to various sites in the community to fulfill the obligations of this position.
