We have 60 years experience delivering a wide range of services and support to improve individual family and community wellbeing. Our services are available and open to all with a particular focus on families young people and children.
About the role
The Family Wellbeing Support Service (FWSS) Practitioner provides early intervention and non-clinical support for children and young people aged up to 18 years within the Child and Youth services programs including Inspire at Home Bringing Baby Home Family Support Program Integrated Family Support Services Communities for Children and Family Wellbeing Support Service (FWSS).
