We have over 20 years of experience asa Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving everyone who comes through our doors; including low income underinsured uninsured publicly housed and homeless populations in 35 cities and towns in North Central Massachusetts.
Under the general supervision of the Dental Office Manager the Call Center Specialist manages incoming telephone communications to CHC Family Health Center call center. The responsibilities of the Call Center Specialist include booking appointments entering patient registration information directing incoming telephone calls recording accurate messages and cross covering other departments as needed at CHC locations.
