Job Description

Summary / Objective

The Associate Revenue Operations Specialist is an entry level role and will support various aspects of Identity Digitals Rev Ops & Revenue teams and also interact with the Legal Business Operations Finance and Marketing teams. They will support various Revenue team initiatives including prioritizing managing and tracking all promotion requests and facilitating cross-team communication in support of these efforts. Additionally the Associate Revenue Operations Specialist will assist in maintaining key processes and systems which requires working across multiple internal platforms and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

This role reports to the Director Revenue Operations.

What Youll Do

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of promotional campaigns by facilitating request prioritization coordinating workflows closely tracking progress and fostering clear consistent communication and strategic alignment across Legal Finance Marketing Sales and Operations teams
  • Collaborate directly with the Legal team to define manage and track promotional and marketing agreements ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance while maintaining all associated documentation and trackers
  • Provide comprehensive operational support for Identity Digitals registrar and off-channel partners including promotion enrollment invoice collection and payment coordination reporting and facilitating new partner onboarding
  • Contribute to the enhancement of revenue operations processes and systems identifying areas for improvement implementing workflow optimizations and ensuring accurate data management across various internal platforms
  • Actively participate in learning opportunities related to broader deal forecasting and financial modeling contributing to team insights and supporting strategic revenue initiatives
  • Actively models and promotes Identity Digitals core values through day-to-day interactions behaviors and decision-making
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are / What You Bring

  • 0 to 2 years of experience with a strong interest in business operations sales operations or a related field
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks
  • Clear concise communicator with strong writing and people skills and an ability to work well across teams
  • Curious adaptable and quick to pick up new tools systems and processes
  • Skilled in Google Suite Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and open to learning new platforms
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed
  • Reliable transportation to the workplace

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary Range

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $62000 - 75000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described addition the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidates qualifications internal employee equity considerations and location. We will not ask for information about a candidates current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.

US team members (and their spouses domestic partners and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical dental and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life accidental death and dismemberment critical illness and accident addition team members can enroll in the companys 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally you get 5 days of paid sick leave 13 paid holidays and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents 12 weeks for others. Also theres an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
