Receptionist/Scanning Clerk Responsibilities:
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and Receive customers
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Direct customers to the correct department and notify appropriate person that a customer is waiting
- Scan and file invoices and other business related documents
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Punctual and dependable
- Valid Drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
