Construction Project Manager
Apple Valley MN Direct Hire $90k-$120k
Konik is partnered with a growing commercial construction company that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate estimate and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Supervise subcontractors suppliers and on-site personnel ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate progress challenges and solutions to stakeholders clients and senior management.
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing commercial or residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
