Job Description
*12 Month Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Agile Project Manager/RTE/Program Manager role! This is a 12 month contract opportunity based in Buffalo NY and is open to local and remote candidates. Some travel to Buffalo may be required.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Provide weekly project status reports updated in the project tool
- Collaborate with departments and partners to progress deliverables
- Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
What Youll Need to Have:
- 5 years of program or project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience managing programs within Global Banking Wealth or Private Banking domains with strong understanding of industry-specific processes compliance and customer needs.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or SAFe and working knowledge of tools such as JIRA Confluence and other collaborative workspaces
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership time management facilitation and organizational skills
Pay Range: $70-$80/hr
