Responsibilities
- Lead 23 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.
Qualifications
- Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC CADC LCAC LCSW LPC LMHC etc.).
- 2 years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs telehealth platforms and Google Workspace.
- Commitment to high-quality compassionate care.
- Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
