What you will do:
- Manage and monitor TERNA connection processes.
- Carry out technical due diligence and risk assessment on grid connection schemes/grid offers received from TSO
- Evaluate and assess grid connection options considering technical financial and regulatory factors
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of grid connection activities within project timelines
- Monitor and track grid connection progress providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective grid connections
- Stay informed of relevant industry regulations standards and best practices
- Support the development and maintenance of internal processes and documentation related to grid connections
- Represent the Company before TSO and DSO and other organizations in the sector and before Public Administration and Elected people with the aim of defending the Companys strategic interests.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in grid connection management for renewable energyprojects
- Languages: Italian and fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
- Availability to travel up to 25%
- Negotiation skills;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Teamwork
