Our client a market-leading local independent Estate Agency is seeking a highly motivated experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established Horsham sales team.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who loves estate agency and who thrives in a competitive sales environment.

This role offers excellent earning potential and career progression within a stable respected firm.

Initially on a Maternity cover contract there is a possibility that the role may become more permanent.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning sales listings at the right price and fee
• Negotiating sales deals effectively
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Utilising local knowledge to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintaining a professional and articulate representation of the company
• Working collaboratively within the team to meet targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Previous property listing experience
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent sales ability with a positive attitude
• High level of customer service and good telephone manner
• Well-presented ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of Horsham and surrounding areas helpful
• Full driving license essential; own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
