The Service BDC Representative is responsible for receiving processing verifying and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls and providing general information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate appointments and direct calls to appropriate parties within the dealership
Answer product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Responsible for making outbound service and follow-up calls
Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional well-spoken manner
Work in close proximity with other Service BDC Representatives in a team based environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task are required
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Prior customer service experience
Automotive experience is a plus
