Program Integrator 2

BCT LLC is seeking a Program Integrator Level 2. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with Poly. This position is located National Business Parkway building 324 (Annapolis Junction).

Role Description:

• This role is supporting an organizations Program Management Team (PMT). In this position you will work with government PMs to draft slides for various briefings such as ARB PMR QPR etc.
• The PMT supports 7 distinct programs 5 briefs to the Program Executive Office 1 briefs to the CIO and the last briefs the Senior Acquisition Executive.
• You will be required to interface with multiple Investment Portfolios and support the government PMs in responding to action items.
• The PMT experiences constant actions that you will complete on behalf of the government PMs for their review.
• You will support the maintainance of the program Acquisition documentation
• Soft skills to interface with Portfolio lead Division Chief Section Chief and GPMs daily
• Business Management & Administration programmatic processes at the agency.

Qualification requirements include:

• Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management contract management and/or financial management is required.
• A Bachelors Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
  • In lieu of a degree a Project Management Institute PMP certification Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification or DAWIA Level II in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.
    • In lieu of certification an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables slicers and pivot charts.

Salary Range- $98200-$150700
