Job Description
Team Vitality Programme
Working Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Offices.Full time 35 hours per week.

- Ability to interpretdata identify trends and present insights clearly
- Ability to Develop data pipelines handle large datasets and ensure data quality
- Experience inData Engineering in complex environments including on platforms like Databricks
What this role is all about:
To support the Vitality Programme Reporting Manager in all areas relating to the development and execution of MI & BI assets relating to the Vitality Programme in the UK and across global partner markets.
Key Actions
- Maintain a set of reporting dashboards and evolve these over time
- Perform data analyses on UK and partner market data and perform ad-hoc analysis of high quality within tight timescales
- Understand and support UK and partner market data requirements
- Participate in organisation-wide activities to build data assets
- Ensure flow and storage of data is relevant to ongoing analytics
- Undertake data analysis to understand and solve global Vitality engagement issues
- Augment other data analytics efforts related to Vitality outside of global partner markets
- Work in a team context to design test and implement initiatives related to data engineering and data quality
What do you need to thrive
- Computer Science Informatics or Data Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant experience (data analytics) ideally in similar environments (financial services)
- SQL (intermediate) & Python
- Power BI (intermediate) or similar experience
- Excel (intermediate)
- Data Warehousing
- Data Quality Management
