The Senior Project Manager (P5 Level) at Marvell plays a pivotal role in leading cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the companys vision and growth. This leadership position is designed for a dynamic individual who not only excels at traditional project management responsibilities but also demonstrates excellent acumen in executive-level communication reporting and team coachingWhat You Can Expect
- Project Leadership: Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of high-visibility multi-disciplinary projects ensuring delivery on time within scope and on budget while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Executive-Level Engagement: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and complex project reports for executives and senior stakeholders distilling technical and business information into clear actionable insights.
- Reporting & Communication: Create analyze and present detailed project dashboards status updates and business reviews; facilitate executive review meetings and synthesize feedback into project direction.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries; serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for executive sponsors clients and partners.
- Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and coach project team members; foster a culture of high performance continuous learning and accountability; lead by example and enable the team to achieve stretch goals.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate identify and proactively resolve project risks issues and roadblocks; drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions with a sense of urgency.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine project management methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence and scale best practices throughout the organization.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field; Masters degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
10 years of progressive project management experience in technology semiconductors or a closely related industry.
Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects at scale including executive-level reporting and presentations.
Exceptional written verbal and visual communication skills; able to influence and engage at all levels of the organization including executives.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies project lifecycle management and advanced project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Smartsheet).
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
138480 - 207400 $ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
