Location: Warsaw
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating and participating in optimization projects
- Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes and sub-processes (primarily through digitalization)
- Implementing simple solutions using low-code/no-code platforms
- Collaborating with all business units: identifying their needs assisting with the implementation and testing of new solutions mentoring them through the digital transformation
- Collaborating with the development team in designing dedicated IT solutions including translating internal customer requirements into technical language
- Creating documentation on functional process-related and test-related aspects
- Evaluating solutions from the digitization portfolio the market or from our own development team to best support business processes
Our requirements:
- Higher education in a technical field (preferably related to IT business process analysis etc.)
- Experience in business analysis digital transformation process optimization or software development
- Ability to create documentation and models using BPMN notation
- Knowledge of lean methodology or similar approaches
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform SAP BTP)
- English and Polish language skills at least at B2 level (essential for daily communication)
Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and EWM systems
- Familiarity with other digitalization tools or programming languages
