Qualifications:
- Current Wound Care Certification
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current and active Louisiana Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 8-hour shifts M-F
- Have dependable transportation
Job duties:
- Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care under the direction of the RN.
- Communicates with the attending physicians other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
- Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN
- Great time management skills
