Our PPD Laboratory Services team has a direct impact on improving patient health through the expertise of scientists industry thought-leaders and therapeutic experts. Client facing role responsible for managing the client relationship and on time delivery of program objectives. Oversees the coordination and management of a program by monitoring program/project status adhering to timelines and budgets aligning goals of projects to meet needs of the program. Acts as the primary liaison between the client business development and the project team facilitating the flow of information between all parties. Works closely with laboratory management to ensure that the project deliverables meet customer expectations and financial commitments. Negotiates and makes real-time decisions with the client. Drives compliance to company and project management standards across departments for a cohesive customer experience. Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. Acts as chief liaison to the operational personnel of major clients and is responsible for large study programs.
