Job Description
Full Time Lead Teacher Positions Available
Competitive Teacher Pay: $20-25 based on education and experience Bachelors in Education Field required with 3 years experience.
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a clear background check.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for pre school / pre K
- Create and follow lesson plans and structured schedule
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling educational play media etc.)
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Encourage children to interact with each other
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum
- Planning for daily outdoor and gross motor play
- Daily communication with parents and a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with other educators
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
- Monthly staff meetings
Do you have
- Proven experience as a Teacher (Pre School experience is a plus)
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Cool-tempered friendly and reliable
- Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
- Bachelors or Masters in education (required)
