What you will be doing
In your sales area Warsaw youll be the link between your team our head office and our concession partners.
Lead and coordinate a team of 21 employees remotely but with great connection.
Recruit motivated people who will be the face of beeline in our partners stores.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners/host stores.
Optimise turnover costs and concession standards and boost both profitability and visual merchandising.
Keep a strategic overview of your area and make sure everything runs smoothly.

What we are looking for
At least 3 years experience as a Store Manager Area Manager District Manager or in a similar role ideally in fashion retail.
Confident in hiring conducting interviews and managing performance/disciplinary matters.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Native-level Polish and comfortable English we dont expect perfection and we can support you with online language lessons.
A full driving licence and willingness to travel.
Bonus points if you have a commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree.
Based in Warsaw Poland.
