The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel and Lounge operations during evening hours ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient bar management. This role combines leadership in hospitality with hands-on bar operations management
Job responsibilities include:
:Act as the primary point of contact for all hotel operations during evening shifts.
:Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
:Ensure security procedures are followed including regular property walks.
:Help manage guest check-ins reservations and special requests.
:Oversee nightly bar operations including staffing service standards and guest experience.
:Train schedule and supervise bar staff to ensure consistent quality service.
:Manage inventory ordering and stock rotation of beverages and bar supplies
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Strong leadership problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of bar operations drink preparation and mixology preferred
Ability to work late night hours weekends and holidays.
