Job Title: Sr. Project Consultant - Development

Purpose and Objective:

Concur Technologies Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Consultant - Development at our Bellevue WA location to plan execute and deliver technical projects/programs ensuring successful outcomes optimized processes and value creation for stakeholders.

Expectations and Tasks:

The role fosters crossfunctional collaboration to achieve objectives while adhering to best practices and delivering high-quality solutions. Develop detailed work plans schedules project/program estimates resource plans and status reports conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project/program lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure successful delivery of project goals. Ensure adherence to best practices standards and methodologies in project/program execution. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project/program outcomes and efficiency.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $150550 - $243584. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $162800 - $276800. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
