Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (Life science or Pharma)
Location: Rahway NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
- Gather document and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Develop process models workflows and business cases.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Assist in change management and training efforts.
Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of Business Analyst experience
- Agile background is mandatory
- Life science or Pharma experience is preferred
- Excellent communication
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. Visio JIRA SQL).
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
