Job Description
Job: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: Sunnyvale CA (Onsite)
Contract
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of Salesforce development experience with extensive hands-on experience in:
- Apex (Triggers Classes Batch Schedulers REST/SOAP Integration)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows Sub-flows.
- Strong experience in developing API integration both inbound and outbound
- Experience with UI technology HTML CSS Java script
- Experience in adopting best development practices; building adoption dashboards and performance tuning of the platforms
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model security model and platform capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to different audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments using CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency with SOQL SOSL and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy custom LWC components and Apex classes for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Build robust Apex triggers batch classes and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Debug and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues.
- Optimize existing code and applications for performance and scalability.
- Conduct design reviews code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices including security governor limits and testing standards.
- Managing communication and partnering with our end users to design solutions.
