Job Description
Job Title: Application Analyst
Bridgewater NJ
C2H
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support day-to-day operations of enterprise applications integrations and data flows
- Investigate and resolve system or data issues in coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Perform configuration updates system checks and user-requested changes under supervision
- Assist with onboarding new partners users or data feeds into enterprise applications
- Support testing and validation activities for system enhancements and project deployments
- Document standard operating procedures troubleshooting steps and user guidance
- Maintain awareness of system dependencies such as certificates file transfers and scheduled jobs
- Collaborate with IT peers and business users across multiple regions to ensure seamless application support
- Adhere to internal controls data governance policies and compliance requirements (e.g. SOX GDPR)
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Systems Computer Science Supply Chain Engineering or related field
- 0 3 years of experience in an IT analyst application support or technical operations role
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with data structures such as XML JSON and relational databases
- Basic understanding of enterprise system workflows data processing or integration concepts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global hybrid team environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Willingness to work on-site 2 3 days per week in Bridgewater NJ
