Job Description
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Operations Such as Inventory Management Warehouse Management Order Management Shipping & Production processes to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) post implementation enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in above listed modules and be comfortable working closely with business users to enhance D365 F&O Processes with custom solutions/workflows.
This is an onsite role in Lewisville TX requiring candidates to work from the office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide system enhancement recommendations.
- Configure and write functional specs to customize D365 F&O applications
- Support Business users for application related issues ( Support tickets)
- Conduct manual testing of applications.
- Train end-users and assist in change management efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Supply Chain Inventory Warehouse & production order management pricing and Shipping.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
General Requirements
- 7 years of experience in a functional consultant role for D365 F&O.
- Strong knowledge of ERP business processes and system configurations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
