Role: Training Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 years Contract
Scope of Work: Implementation Support candidate will provide staff augmentation and expertise to support project management governance and technical support activities for the duration of the contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage training programs for HCMACS EHR and program readiness.
- Customize Epic training content to agency workflows and policies.
- Coordinate training logistics delivery and evaluation across agencies.
- Engage super users and champions in change readiness events.
- Lead professional development and continuous learning initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in training management or instructional design.
- Degree in Education Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Experience delivering training in Epic or similar EHR platforms.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and performance metrics.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
