Job Title: Business Analyst (Siebel CRM State Government Agile/Waterfall)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proven experience facilitating elicitation sessions with executives managers developers and subject matter experts utilizing diverse information-gathering techniques such as interviews documentation analysis surveys site visits and business modeling.
- Skilled in developing process and value stream models to analyze current (as-is) workflows and design optimized future-state (to-be) processes.
- Proficient in creating user stories test cases and test scripts to document track and validate all requirements and system enhancements.
- Extensive experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience gathering and documenting requirements for Siebel CRM case management applications encompassing human task workflows electronic processes case lifecycle management activity tracking documentation storage and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of PMO standards processes and internal controls including the implementation of SDLC best practices.
- Experience collaborating with business users to define requirements for a Surrogate Decision-Making program management system.
- Background in hybrid roles combining business analysis and project management responsibilities.
- Substantial experience working within State Government operations and processes.
- Masters degree in Liberal Arts Humanities Social Sciences Education or Business.
