Job Description
Location: Tsaile AZ
Shift: 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday
Start Date: 1 to 2 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. The physician will diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions promote preventive care and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services including physical examinations health assessments and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Offer preventive care services such as immunizations screenings and wellness counseling.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with practice policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nurses specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions treatment options and preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM).
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
