Job Description


Summary: Requesting Ob-Gyn coverage for a 1:2 practice in Grand Island Nebraska.


BID DUE DATE: 08/07/2025; 5pm EST


RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $200 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $400 - Per hour not OT

Holiday $600 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

On Call (Daily) $3300 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $4950 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

Call Back $400 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back $600 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.


Schedule/Availability Requirements:

  • Oct 03 Oct 12; 8a 8a (dates filled)
  • Nov 21 Nov 30; 8a 8a (dates filled)
  • Dec 19 Dec 28; 8a 8a

Facility Location: CHI Health Clinic Grand Island Women s Clinic

Setting: Clinic L&D Surgery Call

FTE: 1.0

Duties: Clinic After Hours Call Labor and Delivery Gynecologic surgery City Call CNM Back Up

Required Procedures: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff including ultrasound on-site

Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation

Deal breakers (do not present this): if there is a history of concerns re: quality malpractice unable to clear no recent OB support

Travel Preferences:

Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels Comfort Inn Holiday Inn

Air Travel: Local preferred but not required

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: 60-90 days

Requirements: Clinic Hospital gynecologic and obstetric privileges

Credentialing with other facilities CHI Health St Francis Hospital

Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less: no


Requirement description :
  • Board Certified OBGYN Required
  • NE License or IMLC Required
  • Ob-Gyn Residency Required
  • BLS DEA NRP Required
  • Malpractice Clean Preferred
  • Availability at time of name clear Required
