Job Description
Technology Stack :
1. Copilot Studio & AI
Develop and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Integrate AI capabilities into business processes using Azure OpenAI Cognitive Services and Power Virtual Agents.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to embed predictive analytics and conversational AI into enterprise workflows.
Knowledge on RGB framework
2. Azure Integration Services & APIM
Architect and implement integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps Service Bus Event Grid and Azure Functions.
Design and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM) for secure and scalable integrations.
Ensure high availability performance and security of integration layers.
3. Dynamics 365 (F&O and CRM)
Understanding of D365 F&O and CRM
Design and implement workflows plugins and extensions using X C# and Power Platform.
Ensure compliance with financial and operational standards across modules.
