Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential Infra & Plotted Development Projects.

Candidate should have sound knowledge of day-to-day construction work.

Monitoring project progress against plans schedules and budget.

Ensuring all work is completed according to specifications quality standards and safety regulations.

Managing resources including labor materials and equipment.

Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Educating and training workers on safe work practices and accident prevention.

Managing material inventory and minimizing waste.

Ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment.

Maintaining accurate records of work completed materials used and labor hours.
